Batman the musical

It seems that Batman really wants to be a movie star. There is one simple problem though, he has yet to figure out that once they have released the previews for a movie it's too late to addition and get your self into the movie. I haven't yet had either the heart or the nerve, (I can't decide which is required in this case) to tell him so.

Today I spent most o the rather busy day listening to Batman practice singing the umpa-lumpa songs from Charlie and the chocolate factory. He was singing it so often that I actually caught myself starting to sing it too. At which point I went and banged my head into something to knock it right back out.

At least the time pasted by extremely quickly. That's always a plus, but you can't expect anything else when you have four flat beds show up at the same time to be loaded. Plus all the regular stuff, three places at once. Hmmm, don't think I'll have any problems sleeping tonight.

Weekend

I really dislike being sick. Unfortunately for the last three weeks I've been fighting off something. While it doesn't make me too sick It also refuses to go away. I know very well that if I want it to go for good than I need to actually sleep more than 4 hours a night for more than a day at a time.

Anyway, class Saturday was rather interesting, The lecture was on techno-paganism. AN interesting topic, With lots of points for discussion and well argument. Not something I knew all that much about, and apparently there is a lack of documentation on the subject.

Not so sure how comfortable I am working like that.

Longish Weekend

Well the weekend was odd.
Friday, Monday and Tuesday were spent sleeping pretty much the whole day.

Saturday was the Western Civ Final exam. I managed to make it out of bed and into class to write it. I ended up being late but it got written. I doubt I got as good a mark as I did on the mid term or the essays but hey.

After that I passed the time till, Level 3; That was fun, it was magical codes this week, not something I'm too likely to find myself using but still interesting. Even if some of them seem way too similar. Than it was off to meet Jess and back here to watch National treasure, A pretty good movie, especial when you consider it's a Disney flick.

Sunday was off to see Jess's evil twin perform in De Sphaera Mundi, she was amazing. Not that I expected anything else. After that t it was back to Jess's place for dinner and Doctor Who. And like I sad Monday and Tuesday I some how missed.

Although Tuesday evening I Went to see Unleashed after the home work meeting. Definitely a cool movie. Worth seeing, and it's pretty cool on the big screen, but I doubt I'd pay 12 buck to see any movie. Any way back to the grind stone, and more sleep for me.

Batman Returns

After missing Monday and Tuesday, Batman came back to work wensday realativly calm and collected. Well for him anyway. Wensday he confined himself to imitating the sounds of a old nintendo boxing games. I'm still not sure if this is because of the insanity that went on else where at work. namely watching the bundle of stock on the bottom of the truck about to leave breaking and the storage racck exploding and cleaning out all the industial gates beside it.

Thursday I wasn't sure weither he needed a trip to the zoo, or if I should stick him in one. the intire mornig he desided he was a Walrus, complete with grunting and hand clapping. though I'm pretty sure that real walruses can sign the beetles song, even that badly. By the after noon he'd changed animals to somekind of feline I think it was sepsoed to be a lion.

Friday was insane. His antics of thursday seemed to have tired him out as he and The Kid spent most of the day watching me work. of course with so many clients showing up and only one crane not that much could be done. For the after noon I missed break trying to get some geats out for a truck who ended up not takeing them as they were too big. And than as the crown onthe week Oh Mon Dieu got sent in to work with us by Little Hitler and did nothing but sit there and wathc us because what we gave him to do "wasn't his job". I left early with out talking to Little hitler about it but with Director's blessing as I took my break at the end of the day.

Week in review

Well the last week has been a long one, than again most of them are long. In two weeks when my CEGEP class end I plan on celibrating by sleeping. ALot.

Any way, aside from the ususal ""fun at work. Tuesday was seposed to be the resumption of the homework nights I used to do. Though it didn't work out that way, Since the ones I was seposed to mett either forgot or didn't get the message. Not that I minded spent the time doing homework anyway. Though It did mean going to sleep later than I wanted.

Thursday was as usual Class, and a great deal of fun. We started deities and I happen to like talking about Meso american religions. though I wish I had more time than I did, we were a little pressed for time but it all got done.

After I went out for Coffee with one of the peopel who missed tuesday, spent an hour or so Sitting in the cafe talking about classes and homework but mostly life and work. NIce to have a sounding bord some times and with so much stuff goign on it great to clear the air a bit.
Of course it ment that when i got home and tried to get the rest of the homework done I didn't. I passed out insteed.

Friday I went to see Jess, right after work. It was so suprising to realise that after watchign the rest of the doctor who episodes that it was only 9:30 and I could crash and curl up till class in the morning. suprisingly I made it this week, not that I had much choice. next week is the final exam. A nd I need the question before hand if I expect ot keep up the marks I've got so far.

Had real trouble staying awake for the whole thing so i went home to finish the last bit of homework and nap before the meeting tonight in steed of heading to level 3. I wasn't about to head to a class I knew I wouldn't stay awake through.

Headed to the meeting that night and returned a little lost kittie, to her keeper. And said good bye to a house guest. (that my explination for have to stop and countthe cats all week and the dreams.)
