Batman on the job

Well Batman was once again at work and working in the same department as me.

Apperently this morning he was practicing to be in the next "Star Wars" movie. He spent all of the mornign practice his Chubaka impressions. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the movie was aready finished. Apperently some one else found the time in the mist of cherring Lift-driver Guy on because after break he stopped only talking in wokkie.

Batman than had to go and help the The Kid clean up the storage section over the gate making machine shack. (Too bad they did fall into it.) I think the only reason that they actualy didi work up there is that they got to through a whole bunch of stuff down and watch it go bang.

They were makeing enough noise that King came out to see what was going on. He wasn't really willing to yell at them since he'd just gotting into an argument with Little Hitler.

The afternoon went by much quieter as The Kid disappeared, and Batman had to go replace some one cutting the posts.

I hate it when the lack of sleep catches up to me in the middle of the week.

I just woke up, Work started at 7:30. Darn.

Oh well I least than it won't come back to be Saturday morning.

I'm currently deciding whither to call and tell work off or go in late. Here a example of why it's such a dilemma, and a glimpse of what I work with. From a post I never got up last Friday:

apparently I do. I just discovered this today. One of the guys I work with comes in only on Thursday and Friday. Today he was helping the guy on the other side of the warehouse pile the stock, so he was up top waiting for the crane to bring more stock to place when he suddenly decides to start screaming. Almost gave everyone a heart attack When he did it cause we all taught he fell. Than when everyone is looking at him, He starts flapping his arm and With his sleeve pulled over his hands and yelling "I am Batman!!"

I think I need a new job.

Week-end

This should have done up last night.

The weekend was busy as the usual are since saterday consitsts of class and suday consists of all teh stuff I can't get done during the week.

Saterday mornign I walked into my western civ class to find it empty. I had actualy dragged my but out of bed and all teh way there for this? Not amused I left to get coffee and a stick.

Yes, a Big stick. which it being shuch an nice day out I walked all over LaSalle with. I got odd looks, however i didn't mind as the drivers were suprisingly more respectful than usual. Gee I wonder why?

I did the staves and wands class. I liked it, it was fun, though what I want to do with my staff will take a fair bit of money and a long time

I was greatly amused when Jess mentioned that Scarlet said I was haveing a blast and pretending not to be. I was haveing a blast, and I wasn't pretending otherwise.

Anyway it's only after that I ran into problems. Sigh.

On to sunday where the plans got tossed out the window and completely re-done on the fly, as per the SOP when I must deal with my folks. Though I got to see jess again out of it so it's not all bad.

Funny?

This morning I happenend to make every connection on the way to work, something that doesn't happen that often. I got to work around 7:00, insteed of the usual 7:30.

An even more unusual event as when I get to cote-vetu that early I usual grab a coffe and a bagle or something (5 is way too early for breakfast most mornigns). However this morning I didn't have my watch so I went straight on.

I got asked twice by rather suprised people who walked into find me there if my girlfrind had kicked me out of the house last night.

I got home and passed this on to My gf, who proceeded to almost fall of the couch she was laghing so hard.

Ok so what exactly happened to last night?

I remember comming home makeing food and tea and than sitting down onthe couch with a book.
Than nothing till 5 tis mornign when I woke up in bed.

Oh, well the sleep will do me good.

THe lack of house work getting done will not.

Lost and forgotten

I'm sure I posted about this last week. I know I did.

last week I managed to track down the person from the Cont. ed. Department at school that was trying to get in touch with me. And finally it was someone who knew what they were talking about!

I had put in to change programs from Science to Social as it seemed to be the only way out of the bureaucratic Crack I had fallen into. After talking With the lady For about ten minutes I walked out still in science and with a phone number to call to work out the only small problem I couldn't clear upright there.

I'd forgotten what it's like to deal with knowledgeable people.

Note: It's hard to right a post like this when My Girl is taunting me with naughty thoughts.

Ok, I'm now booked for Feb 26, 2006.

All my teams made it in to the play-offs. Calgery, Colorado and Rochester al made it in. The only annoyance? Toronto clinched the east division title.

I was waiting for this.

Well things are pretty much back to normal in my life now. The weekend was alright.

Friday I stayed up way too late, um maybe I should change that to Saturday morning I was up way to late. Five in the morning is a little too late when has to leave at 8 and have an essay done. Needless to say I got up a little late. Web comics can be addictive. Not the person I was chatting with's fault. I headed out to coven in the evening on my bike and since it was so close and it was the second time out this year. I didn't have the usual stuff with me, of course as soon as I got there and went to lock up the bike I got a flat.

Headed up to Aira's place after so I had to leave it there for a while, Watched a couple of cool movies and actually got to sleep in this morning.

Point of fact: It take me ~ 1.5 hours to walk from Vondome metro via Montreal -west train station to my apartment in lasalle.

What? It was nice out and I had to walk the bike home so when there was no bus at the metro I started walking.

got home around 5:30 and needless to say not much has got done since, Ran a few errands and I really should start that homework.

Life is amusing.
And back to normal.

Wensday?

Is it really wensday?

Oh yes, I know why I'm messed up. After doing renovations on Sunday, I slept 14 hours. Went to bed at the usual time (12) and woke up at 3:00 monday afternoon. Just in time for the land lord to show up.
Ya, Thats a great way to start off the week. Kill me now. At least I didn't get fired over it or anything.Though they weren't exactly happy about it. That seems to have thrown the rest of the week so far, out of wack. I'm still not sure if I'm awake or asleep. The fact that I've started dreaminga bout work isn't helping either.

Well one last thing before I head backto attempting homework. I have a sad announcement, Pixle cat toy tat she was pretty much married too has passed on. The fuzzy ball has been de-fuzzed and skinne, it is time to throw it out.

Two months ago

Two months ago, I missed part of a movie.

Time flies.

Life is just a little disorganised these days.
I mean yes I know my life has never been all that organised but these days it's even more so. Or perhaphs I just feel it's more disorganised. Ir's probably better than it was but the fact that I've een trying to make an effort to get it some what organised is what makes it feel less organised.

Oh what ever.

Things are going fairly well. there was no class this week. And I sleeped thorugh western civ in the morning. Sigh, I was up I was up early to do home work. And I did on the couch and I fell asleep while doing it. Not helpfull.

Got grabbed a while ago to help out withthe renovations. I had well, not fun today but it wasn't terrible. Was nice to get out, good work out.

And well any time it showers money can't be a bad time.
(what we were moving the couch!)
